1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received a wrong product

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received


2. Return Request Timeframe

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Order number and contact details

Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Damage caused by customer misuse

  • Products without original packaging


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders (if available in the future).

  • Since we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are generally processed as product replacement rather than cash refund.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.


5. Exchange Policy

  • In case of approved return or exchange, we will arrange a replacement product.

  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit (if applicable).


6. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), Kidyxo will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the issue is not due to our fault, the customer may need to bear the return delivery cost.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
