  • We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Orders may be canceled if product availability issues arise or if incorrect information is provided.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

  • Delivery charges are calculated separately and shown during checkout.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • We deliver products across Bangladesh via Steadfast Courier.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days

    • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

  • Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Delivery Charges

  • Dhaka City: BDT 80 (up to 1 kg)

  • Outside Dhaka City: BDT 130 (up to 1 kg)

Note: Delivery charges may increase for parcels exceeding 1 kg.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product is delivered

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
